Ventura Captiva 2B ~ Island Time, is truly a one of a kind rental property on Captiva Island. With nearly 1500 sq ft of space, vaulted ceilings and the complex only consisting of 10 units, you have the feeling of a private home when you stay at this completely renovated rental home. Our vacation home-away-from-home is a three bedroom/three bathroom villa that has been updated from top to bottom. All high end appliances including a Sub Zero refrigerator, Bosch washer and dryer and nearly every kitchen item you can imagine. Beautiful dining table with seating for 6 as well as a breakfast bar in the kitchen for additional seating or to enjoy a morning coffee and catch up on the cold weather reports from your home up north! There's a very comfortable living area with plenty of seating for everyone and a large flat panel TV and screened lanai just off the living room to enjoy the tropical breeze that makes Captiva so special. The main level features the master bedroom with king sized bed, desk and en-suite bathroom. There is also a guest bedroom with two twin beds and full bathroom. Upstairs is a loft with seating and books to relax and enjoy the perfect read. We also have another guest bedroom with a king sized bed and full bathroom. The Ventura Captiva community consists of just 10 units with a heated pool, dock perfect for fishing or watching the birds, dolphins or manatees and the beach is just a couple minute walk away. As we're located in the Village area of Captiva you can easily rent a golf cart and get around to shops and restaurants. Please note that our community is a 2 week minimum stay.
