I cant rate this highly enough. The team was responsive, respectful and dedicated to working with us.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Point-of-View! The home was thoughtfully appointed, roomy, and ideally located. Management was very responsive to our questions and helped us resolve a minor issue. The views were incredible. We enjoyed drinking morning coffee on the back deck as the sun rose over the bay, and we had cocktails on the front deck as the sun set over the Gulf. In between, we loved that the beach was a one minute walk away. When we werent there we were spending our time at the pool, where we were able to bird-watch, play games, and read on the lounge chairs or outdoor sofas. The large kitchen allowed all six adults to work together to prepare meals - which was perfect, since we wanted to maximize our time at the house. The beds were very comfortable and every switch in the house was labeled. Lots of amenities made for lots of relaxation, laughs, and memories we will never forget.

We've been to Sanibel many times since 2003 with our children. This was our first time back post hurricane Ian and we were a bit worried about what we would find especially after hurricanes Helene and Milton hit. Although parts of the island were still in recovery mode we were able to enjoy beaches, biking, kayaking and a dolphin cruise with 2 of our grandchildren. The pool was open and we swam daily. The views from the condo were amazing. And 4 adults and 2 children fit very comfortably. We loved the added bonus of $350 worth of rental equipment which we used to rent bikes and chairs. Everyone had a wonderful time. Thank you.

Everything went as planned . Our stay surpassed our expectations !!!Property is newly remodeled and has high wood ceilings and lots of windows . The view of ocean and pool were lovely and we liked that it was such a short walk to the beach ! Kitchen had everything we needed . Beds were comfortable.

We highly recommend staying at Loggerhead Cay 553! The vaulted ceilings and roof top windows gave extra beauty and natural light. Loved all the updates throughout. The kitchen met all our needs and then some. We really enjoyed our stay and cant wait to return. It was a perfect vacation!

We had a peaceful and relaxing stay at New Latitude! This is the second time we have booked this beautiful property. The home is comfortable, spacious, well equipped and fun for adults and kids alike. The grounds are impeccably and beautifully maintained. Overall, our stay was excellent and we would not hesitate to encourage others to book this slice of heaven!

This was our third time staying at this beautiful home on Sanibel Island, and each visit feels like coming back to our own private paradise. The screened-in deck and expansive heated pool continue to be our favorite spots to relax. Whether we're swimming in the mornings or lounging in the afternoons, the space is always inviting, with perfectly manicured landscaping that adds to the serene atmosphere. As a passionate cook, I can't say enough about the kitchen. Its incredibly well-equipped, making it a joy to prepare meals for family and friends. The open layout lets me stay connected with everyone while cooking, and I love how everything I need is always right at hand. Its one of the many reasons we keep coming back. The bedrooms are consistently comfortable, and the primary suite is a dream, especially with the luxurious soaking tub. After a day spent exploring or at the beach, it's the perfect place to unwind. Our guests always appreciate the cozy, well-appointed guest rooms, which makes it easy to invite friends or family along. The private office is another great feature, allowing me to handle work when needed without disrupting the vacation feel. It's just one more detail that makes this house stand out. One of the things we love most about this home is its location. Being able to bike to the beach or pop into nearby shops and restaurants is a huge plus. This home has truly become our "beach home away from home," and its no surprise we keep coming back year after year. The care and thoughtfulness that go into maintaining this property make every stay special. If you're looking for a place to relax, reconnect, and enjoy the beauty of Sanibel Island, I cant recommend this Island Oasis enough. Were already counting down the days until our next visit!
