Palm and Shell is a beautiful home, very clean, very comfortable, all amenities work and has everything you could need or want. Location to the beach is perfect. Loved the screened in porch and pool area! Golf cart! Beach chairs, umbrellas and toys. I cant say enough good about this house. I pray a safe year for the area.

We would definitely stay here again. It was just a short walk to the beach and our unit overlooked the marina. Ryan and Nicole were very easy to work with. Their place was very clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed. Highly recommended.

Great place for fishing trip with my son

Relaxing, well appointed, comfortable condo. Proactive, timely communication prior to checkin and during stay. Pleased with our experience.

Lovely condo right on the beach! We had a wonderful time in this beautiful condo right on the beach. The kitchen was very well appointed for cooking. The condo is spacious - there were only two of us but it would easily accommodate 4 people - or more with air mattresses. The pool is still under construction but the beach was perfect! Parking under cover was nice. We also loved the credit for beach gear that comes with the rentala really nice touch! We will be back!

My wife and I came down for a last minute trip to escape the tough winter weather in Upstate New York. A welcome respite. The place is great for 2 people-overlooking the beach and pool. Could be a little tight if you had more people. Clean, updated and easy walking distance to town. Captiva is still in a rebuilding mode after the two hurricanes last fall but that wasnt a big deal for us. Spent most of our time at the pool or walking the beach.

A delightful Va-cay! An excellent location- a short walk to the beach, a lovely heated pool, clean comfortable interior of the condo, we grilled chicken one night for supper- so convenient with gas grills available.Beach chairs and an umbrella available for beach lounging.Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this charming rental

Captiva Island is as peaceful as you could imagine, secluded beach and a beautiful condo with top notch appliances. The screened in balcony overlooks the beach, I would highly recommend staying here and Ryan and Nicole were always quick to respond.

We really enjoyed working with Nicole. She was a good communicator through several issues and made herself available, if needed, 24 hours a day.

Beach House 29 within the South Seas Resort is a comfortable place to have an extended stay at the beach. The ensuite bathrooms were a hit with our adult children who visited. The lanai was exceptional with a large table to use for dining and a comfortable adjacent seating area for six. The seating area in the living room worked well for our group of six as when we gathered to visit. Proximity to and view of the beach is a definite asset!

Great stay! Convenient location to restaurants and beach!

When I asked how far away the beach was Ryan and Nicole said it was just steps away and indeed it was.

Great place.

We loved our time at Bay Side Villas and definitely hope to return soon. The location was extremely private and quiet and we could watch the sunrise every morning over the bay from our screened in balcony. Property was clean and well-maintained with a laundry room very close by and convenient. We were excited to return to Sanibel/Captiva after Hurricane Ian devastated so much of the islands, and this was a perfect return.

We enjoyed our long weekend stay at this condo! The beach was just a few steps away and the condo was well maintained. The condo was very clean and the location was perfect for a quiet getaway!

I stayed there for a month and a half. It was a very comfortable place to stay. It was within easy walking distance of Jerry's, the main (only?) grocery store on the island. The house is spacious, and so is the backyard. I would have stayed longer if it had been available. I definitely recommend it!
