Outstanding customer service, gorgeous property!

Our family of 4 had a good stay in this unit. The unit is exactly as shown in the pictures. The hosts were proactive with check-in details and were quick to respond to questions I had during the stay. The location is perfect - the building is right on the beach and walkable to grocery stores & restaurants. The view of the ocean from this unit is great. We enjoyed the long walks on the beach in both directions and collected a lot of shells.

Great place, Amazing Views, totally relaxed everything was perfect. close to dining and stores walked to most.. will definitely will stay again.

Condo was exactly as stated, great location easy access to the beach, pool. Chair and bike rental easy with the credit worked out perfectly. Obviously the view was amazing and the sunsets are awesome. Owners were responsive and no issues with our late check in. We loved our beautiful and peaceful stay.

We had a great week in Captiva. Ryan and Nicole have a great place. It was very clean and comfortable for two people! We have stayed on Sanibel before, but love how quiet and walkable Captiva is. We will definitely return!

This condo was beautiful and one of the nicest weve ever stayed in on Sanibel! It was very well thought out and included everything that we needed. The beds were very comfortable (everyone slept well!) and the condo was spacious. The view from the screened in porch was fantastic, and the condo was steps from the beach. The grounds are very well maintained, but there is some construction (understandably!) near the pool as they finalize rebuilding the property from Hurricane Ian. We were expecting this, and it in no way detracted from our stay. I was honestly impressed with how close the condo complex is to full post-Ian recovery. We visited Sanibel last year (February 2024) and this year (March 2025) felt much more back to normal. We are excited to come back soon and to stay here again!

Loved our stay! 4 adults and 2 teenagers stayed comfortably in the space. Everything was clean, quiet, a short walk to the beach and perfect for our needs.

The staff is friendly and attentive. They were quick to respond to questions and very helpful.

We had an amazing week at Sandy Seas Villa. You cant ask for much more when you are less than 200 ft from the beach. The screening pool is so convenient and a great activity for kiddos. It was great that my family of 6 fit in the upper house and grandparents stayed in the downstairs. We will definitely be back!

Amazing Airbnb at the end of Captiva. Place was spotless and super easy to get into with a keypad lock. You are on the beach so there is no walking anywhere involved.

We enjoyed a long weekend on Captiva. Ryan and Nicoles home was comfortable, well stocked with a beautiful view. Even though the island is still recovering from storms, we felt no impact during our stay. Plenty of yummy dining options after our days at the beach and pool. I hope to stay here again in the future!
