Breakers West B5 Beach side condo with pool

Breakers West B5 is a nicely updated two bedroom/two bathroom vacation rental condominium located along highly sought after West Gulf Drive in Sanibel Island. Our condo features over 1000 sq ft of living space with a private screened lanai, full kitchen, spacious living area and even a washer/dryer in the condo. The master bedroom suite has a king sized bed and en-suite bathroom while the guest bedroom has two twin beds and full bathroom nearby. For additional guests we offer a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room. Breakers West is just one building with it's own heated pool and sits behind the Waterside Inn on the Beach which allows for easy beach access just walking through the property to the sand. Once on the beach, you can see our world famous sunsets and collect a seemingly endless amount of shells. We include at least 2 beach chairs, 1 umbrella and beach towels as well as a starter supply of guest amenities for each stay. Our second floor condo has an elevator service or stairs and has just one parking spot.
